What I must do now?

Helo I want creat some own item but I don't know what I must do now.

1. I looks for some item in "WoWModelViever".
2. Open .mpq file in "MyWarCraftStudio" and export a <unkown>.m2 file.
3. Start "3DS MAX" and use "M2import.ms" to open it.
4. I do some change.
5. And that's my question. What I must do now?
I want export it to .m2 and insert to my .mpq files and see it in WoW.

Plz help me.
