Model error

Firstly, sorry for my english, it's not well.

Here's my problem

Ive done my first custom model (edited existing) using these programs:
1.TP model tweaker (to convert my m2 file into obj)
2.3ds max 2010 (edited obj)
3.Then i exported obj into 3ds
4.Used 3DSToM2 to convert 3ds into m2
(ive edited player model)

ive done mpq archive with this model, but all i have is black screen (all buttons are visible).
What's wrong?
