[Model Error] Every npc is a blue/white box

Hi, so today i downloaded Orc Male -> Draenei Female & Wyverns -> Invincible

Now when i've removed the patches, every npc is a little blue/white box, how do i fix?

Seems strange, The box-thing only occurs when something is outdated.

Did you perhaps accidentally remove patch.mpq or patch-1.mpq? I'm not really experienced with model editing but maybe you did, and that'd explain it as it has no textures to load..

Although that would probably make the game unloadable

I'm having a similar problem, any model change I do, whether its Race to Race or Character to Creature, any other model or NPC added in 3.2 or 3.3 is a blue / white box.

Some of them are, the new Horde Totems, the new human female NPC telling you to go to Forge of Souls, the enemy NPC sprayers for the seasonal quest(which are undead I think), the goblins added for the seasonal event in the citys that give you the quests, but not other goblins.

Completely baffles me to how that happens.
