    Whole World Under Water

    I know that it is possible to change the water level in adt files and I have tried to do it myself but I keep getting very confused no matter how I try. I would like a giant edit that edits the water level of every map all the way so that you could swim anywhere. I realise that this project would take ages but I assure you that it would be the best edit so far.

    Sorry to say this but... This si a horrible idea.. The people who have figured this out and how to do it, one way or another are also people who love model editing.. Now don't take what I'm going to say wrong here.. But what purpose would this serve? I know so I can swim around anywhere I want.. Well there are some people who will use this wisely.. Some who will not some will go around Ironforge swimming threw there just to get banned later that day.. That isn't my concern though my concern is that people will get model editing nerfed, by swimming around in mid air the GM's and Blizzard will put this
    on there number one to fix and model editing will be nerfed.. Anyways back to my point the people who have actually figured out how to to do this, are people who probably put a lot of time into model editing and truley love it.. They wouldn't let it get nerfed like this.. I'm not saying that you would abuse it but someone would, that's why I'm againist the darkportal>campfire edit. People use that all the time to exploit and it's going to get model editing nerfed. I don't think anyone who knows how to do this will give you this file.. Maybe they will maybe someone will give you this file, but if they do I STRONGLY urge you not to abuse it, and this goes for everyone else.. I know some people who know how to do this an insure you that none of them will do it for you.. I think if you accomplish it all on your own I don't think you would be handing out that file either. Also I'm quit sure this file would be almost one GB if you do get it lol..

    Well if you could swim everywhere you want it would be cool and nice for exploring ...

    Not exactly... You have to remember that swimming is alot slower than running especially if mounted. Also when an area is flooded swim speed increases cease to work due to the fact that the server dosent recognize you in water.

    Back on topic.. This would take a very large ammount of time and could be abused in so many different ways. Therefore I wont be doing this. However if you are willing to invest the time in it there is a tool thats public on the internet that can make this task much easier. However it does not come with instructions so You will have to find it and figure out how to use it yourself.

    Would you get breath everywhere? And it doesnt matter if its slower than running cause you can do a lot with it and it'd be pretty nice to exploit with it, even if it's only on a trial account.

    It's all client side, unless you did it on a private server. You wouldn't be able to swim anywhere you couldn't walk (no flying mid-air), and by the same token you'd "swim-walk" at the same speed you normally would.

    Completely pointless unless you like the look of water and retro physics.
