    [Help!!] Changing Backgrounds

    Hello i want to change the background of the Login screen and edit the text somehow...
    I also want to change the background of Char Creation/CharSelect...
    I need an answer.. which file is it i should change and how?
    What programs i need?.. Some detailed info would be nice Thx
