[Help] Problems when installing new patch

Hello dear fellas,

I've been using modeledits before, Undead Male > Undead Female.
But for a few days ago I changed my character to Undead Female, so then I didnt need modeledits anymore. So I removed my patch-4.MPQ from world of warcraft/data.

But now when trying to install the new patch I get this error.

I really dont feel like re-installing wow, because its to many patches and that will take me the whole day. Any suggestions how to solve this problem?

I will +Rep the first one that will solve this for me.

Remove all extra patches that you've added (I don't think patch-3.mpq should be there...)
