[Detailed Question] On-going problem with WoWME

I've been having this problem for a while now and I haven't seen a post that solves this problem. I've seen a couple of posts after searching for about 2 hours of people with similar posts, but they are usually ignored or have useless replies to them.

Basically what is happening is wowme will not load the .mpq files I put in my data folder. I'm trying to do ScM -> HuF but everything I have tried keeps me at ScM.

-I have my model changed saved at patch-9.MPQ in the data folder
-I am using Kynox's wowME fix for 3.0.3
-I have deleted scan.dll and scan.dll.new and replaced both with a text file with read only checked
-I use Glitchy's MES to create my model changes and save them as Patch-9.MPQ

Im not sure if I am doing wrong, but if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do to fix my situation, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, if this is a repost, please direct me in where I should go/search for to find the answer I need. Thanks in advance

I'm pretty sure Glitchy's MES Race to Race no longer works after 3.0, but I could be wrong.
