Glitchys MES: WDB editor question

Ok, so I've searched for a guide on this and I've found plently, but none seem to fix the problem I am having.

I'm pretty sure I am doing everything it says to. I follow these instructions

MAKE SURE WOW IS CLOSED BEFORE STARTING
1 Click Load
2 Navigate to your WoW Folder
3 Open the folder called "Cache"
4 Open the folder called "WDB"
5 Open the folder Called "enUS"
6 Select the "itemcatch.wdb" file
7 In the "From" List Select the model you want to Change
8 In the "To" List Select the Model you want to Change it to
9 Click on the Text that says "Sheath" and type in the Sheathe id you want your 10 new weapon to have
11 Click Convert
12 Your Done

When it says to select the "itemcatch.wdb" file, thats where I start having trouble. My "enUS" file is empty. I know I'm probably just over looking some step, and its an easy fix, but I can't seem to figure it out

I use Vista if it matters at all, and the pictures I see of people posting guides of his WDB editor look diffrent than my window of it.

Again I am sorry if this has been posted before, I just can't seem to find someone who has explained how to get past the problem I am having

Load wow, inspect an item or 2, log out while waiting the first 20 sec and exit normaly. No alt+f4.

That should create it, if You don't have it. Then you're looking in the wrong enUS. There is a enUS for the Data folder and one for the Cache -> WDB folder. You need to go in the Cache/WDB folder and then in the enUS.
