[Question] Glitchy's MES WDB Edit

So i've been using Glitchy's MES for quite some time, mostly to do WDB edits for armor/weapons. Lately i've had a question that despite my best efforts searching the FAQ, forums and interweb, I have not been able to answer.

When editing with MES, I notice there are some items i'd like to edit TO that are not in my "To" column, even though i've seen them in game, equipped them, etc. New items come to my "From" section all the time. Is there a way to add items to the itemcache folder so that they show up in the "To" section of the WDB editor for use?

I usually delete my cache folder, restart wow. ( exit it completely. ) Then start WoW again, inspect everything i need, i also CTRL click them to view the model. Once i did that with every item i wanted to change, i close WoW completely.

That usually does it for me.
