Need help, spell swapping.

Hello. Been trying to change warlock's "detect invisibility" buff to shaman's "heroism". The problem is the spell wont last. i only see the heroism buff come up and then it dissapears. I want it to last the whole 10minutes with that white stuff around the characters hands

Any suggestions to what i can do?
