[Question] Glitchy's Mes

Hey i really hate posting questions because i am afraid ima feel like i noob but it's how you learn right?
ok well i has a problem of how to run glitchy mes.
step one- open program
step 2 - it says load or save ? what do i do and please be descriptave
step 3 - you tell me

-on a side note i have used programs to model edit i just hear this ones WAY easier and i would like to learn so i should be fine after its all set up

Press Load, then go to World of Warcraft\Data folder and press ok. Then click save and you're done.
