How to change Tauren Moonkin model to display other model?

Hello all, first post here so be kind.
Basically I want to change the Tauren Moonkin form so that instead of the default model it shows a NPC model, namely the NPC Lunaclaw.
I've been reading around and, if I got it correctly, the druid forms are considered spells so this would be a change implemented with a patch on which the default spell Tauren Moonkin form would display a NPC texture instead of the default texture.

I'm not sure this is even possible to do so any help would be appreciated, i'd rather learn how to do it than ask for it already done.

Come on now, I'm not even asking you guys to do it for me, just to point me in the general direction or at least a "how to" guide or whatnot.

Well, why not just change the druid form models :>
Would be easier.

CREATURE\DruidOwlbear\...

Is the file path in Common.MPQ. It would pretty much be a normal M2 and BLP swap from "CREATURE\DruidOwlbear\DruidOwlBear.m2" to your NPC ( Use model viewer to find what directory it's in then use MyWarCraftStudio to extract the M2 and the skins, then create a new MPQ. )

This took me like 2 minutes since I already had that model which you speak of saved in a folder since well, thought it had some cool animations compared to the usual one, I'm not all too sure if it has the flavour emotes tho but /care.
