[New to Editing] S1 Swords -> Glaives

Basically ive searched around and found ppl offering itemcaches with model edits for s1 swords to warglaives, but for some reason none of these seem to work for me, so im guessing it has to be done via my own personal item cache (not sure if running WoWMe effects this)? So im asking if its possible for someone to edit Gladiator's Slicer and Gladiator's Quickblade into the Warglaive Of Azzinoth (Slicer -> MH, Quickblade -> OH) Sorry that im unable to rep anyone (i think) but this would just be greatly appreciated. my item cache : MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service P.S. if someone could go through step by step how to replace if im not doing it correctly id greatly appreciate it.
