    you need to enlarge the Z-ass or maby another 1 it will get higher up and stands on it wheels

    and if your seriously working on it you could add some wheel spin

    perhaps setting the 0,0,0 reference point on the model lower will bump it up more.

    Im not quite sure how models like this works, but if you try to create a tiny rock or something thats undearground(with the distance that is equal to top of the roof, to end of wheels)

    i thought of something like this (not sure if it is possible though):
    First find out how much of the wheels are under the world
    Then add something (maybe an invisible square not sure if the invisible part is possible) to make it higher.

    lets say the part of the world where you "stand" is where you are with the car. And somehow the car is under the world, so by adding something to make it higher, the added part would actually get under the world, showing what you want to see

    Tell us if that worked
