I just tried swapping my female tauren druid to a female night elf, and I got some pretty funky results. The night elf is completely bald with two bright green ponytails hanging forward down her chest. Aside from that it looks awesome, but kinda a deal breaker with the head messed up =(

Just been testing, first time iv use any model changing stuff.

Female draenei to female ud works fine, the female nelf one didn't apear to work for me though.

Is there any way to solve texture corruption? draenei to ud female seems to have random textures on hair and body, and gnome gets a draenei face.

Works for me. You need MEFIX and you need to make sure the mpq's you put in the data folder are renamed so that the .mpq at the end is all caps (.MPQ)

ok after my nublet mistake with the caps thing, draenei to nelf female seems to work ok, only downside is the lack of footwear, but appart from that all my face and hair textures are fine, but some draeneis draeneis i see have the weird textures, guess it depends on what your character looks like.

Hi,

i tried to swap my bloodelf female to troll male.
i put the mpq to the data folder and renamed it into "patch-3.MPQ"
then i startet wow and get a crash. it says file curropt and so on.
what did i make false?

use the model edit fix for 2.4.3. open wow with it, press F8.

I am too lazy to read all the 55 pages, so i just ask, can anybody explain me what to do with this .mpq .I am an amateur on those things so please help me.
Am i right that is very possible to get banned for using this?

Oh man thx so much!!! But how big is the danger to be banned for this model editing :confused:??? I've got my T6 Warrior and if i get banned for this i will kill myself !!! The poster of the Modeleditfix 2.4.3 version said that he altered dramatically to address the enhanced Blizzard scanning, but can i trust this ?
