I need Orc Male -> Ud Male

I tried by my self but it won't work, i tried download the one on "[Race Edits] Every Race to Race Conversion!"(stick)
But when select my orc it's crash my wow.
But it work for other model edit like spectral drake or arthas shoulder.
so i think it's my mpq's file is not working.

I'm using the model edit fix and I'm trying to switch my Tauren Male character to a Night Elf Female one. The model change on itself works fine (except it being tauren sized) but the textures are all messed up (hairy Night Elf ;o). Is this normal or is there something else I should get or fix for this to work? Thanks in advance.
