You people need to start removing your edits before patching the game..

@aethis, Check Chaz's massive post on Page 13 it shows you exactly how to get the offset. if call yourself a coder then you don't even need the source code to create the fix.


People also need to understand Chaz is in a different Timezone then the majority of people here, When a patch is released and realms come up it is around 4AM for him.

Hey people who are having troubles with the reinstall thing, make sure you don't remove patch.mpq or patch-2.mpq, these are offical patch's from blizzard. Just remove all the model edits you put in (patch-3 to 9.mpq, or patch-q to z) and then just run WoW without the model edit, I hope that works!

GL, remeber, if you remove patch-2.mpq or patch.mpq your WoW wont start.

Wow.. I never knew this but, I just started WoW with no race swaps, and just item swaps (switched my itemcache.mpq) and started WoW without the ModelFixLive and it worked... Odd :O!

Hey, sorry if I've missed something but I am unable to open my game with the Fix because it says that it's unable to validate my game version... I have downloaded the new fix for the new patch but it just doesn't want to work for me, am I doing something wrong?

Hiya, Chaz. Thanks for the work your doing so we can use our model edits. I am running Vista Ultimate and the previous fixs have ran fine when using end/home to login. But this time I keep getting Unable to Validate version error at login screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
