1- i cant edit the other thread anymore. so the people would start asking about things in thge post again, that have been answered etc ... whatever. and
2- wait a few hours and download the new ephemeral dreamscape x) whatever.
3- i was posting some other screens too ... on multiple forums. so i didnt care about having it posted here before.

I've downloaded all the files, I put them in the Data folder, and I start up WoW as normal.

I need some help, if anyone could, what files (by name) do I JUST need for this to work. Or if I'm doing something wrong, I Download, I put in Data, I load the game.

I assume when you say the MPQ's are in another topic you mean your other Tirisfal one, but those look incomplete. I downloaded them and it's still mainly the Tirisfal textures.
