Need help bigtime with recall

Hey, I got banned on my main acc a few months ago, and I want to know if its possible to get it back just like that, got all information, secret answer, original CD-key, email you name it, I just aint got any ID so can't use mail to get it back, so I need someone to do it by phone, cause I don't have the balls to do it myself ;p
I'd pay if it gets done painfree, don't know how but meh
