Good stuff =D, but you should add the button back grounds make them have a frosty look, and alter the background mountains to be lighter with snow caps. other wise its really good. + rep

The thing with the rocks in the background, there red because of the fog. And as for the reupload I cant atm becuase my computer is getting fixed so I dont have the file. I dont know why the link wouldnt work now though

Edit: Is the loading screen only for certain areas? It doesn't seem to be working in Outlands or Kalimdor for me.
