Help with paypal and buying gamecards

I rly need help because i dont know which paypal i can use for buying gamecards and which shop....
Last time i was order 2 gamecards from Shop4gaming i used australian paypal and they refounded me and told me thy cant accept this soo its same was with goldsoon.com..
So can any1 tell me which paypal can i use and which shop?

executionner you just ran into the problem I did last night, lost nearly 500 scammed dollars because of aussie paypal... it appears we need to buy VCC's now for like 10 bucks...it is a virtual credit card that when you put it on your paypal makes it so you no longer are restricted! as for where to get one im currently trying to find a good one but supposedly there everywhere...look in my thred called Aussie paypalVs Scammers or something like that in scam section and read on there is a ton of info about them,
