Hey guys. I was working around with spellswaps in the last few days and I'm now finally releasing my first project and I hope you like it!

Before you can finally use my mpq's, you have to make sure to 'patch' the wow.exe because blizzard tried to prevent modelediting in 4.0.6. Just download the program here: (http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world-...odel-edit.html)
Once you've downloaded it, open it and click to locate your wow.exe. Then check 'disable "signaturefile" checks' and 'maximize patch number limitation' and click apply.
All these .dbc edits will only work with the enGB Client!

Now youre just 1 step away from your epic path of illidan
Remember that only 1 file at a time will work, if you take multiple edits at the same time only 1 of them will work!)

Priest:
Inner Fire -> Path of Illidan

Druid:
???? -> Path of Illidan
Currently, I have no idea. Maybe Moonkin Aura so you keep the form atleast? Give me some conclusions and I will do it for you

Paladin:
Righteous Fury -> Path of Illidan
Currently doesn't work but I will fix it, if you wish another spell just tell me

Shaman:
Water Shield -> Path of Illidan

Rogue:
Sprint -> Path of Illidan
Shadowdance -> Path of Illidan

Warrior
Battle Stance -> Path of Illidan

Deathknight:
Unholy Presence -> Path of Illidan

Mage:
Mage Armor -> Path of Illidan


Warlock:
Fel Armor -> Path of Illidan


Hunter:
Aspect of the Fox -> Path of Illidan


General:
Flask of Enhancement -> Path of Illidan

Download: Path of Illidan Collection
All Stances (Warrior) -> Path of Illidan
Inner Fire+Inner Will -> Path of Illidan
Frost Armor -> Path of Illidan

HELP! My WoW-Patcher doesn't work!
Windows 7 / Vista - 32bit
[Spoiler]1. Download the "COMDLG32.OCX" (just google it)
2. Copy the file to c:\windows\system32
3. Start -> type: regsvr32.exe c:\windows\system32\COMDLG32.OCX
4. hit enter (worked? -> Step 7, otherwise Step 5!)
5. start - control panel - user accounts and family safety - user accounts - change user account control settings - slider down to 0
6. Restart your PC -> Step 3
7. Start the program[/spoiler]

Only Spellswaps at the moment, but I'm trying to realise model swaps too!

Just a question, can you use this on the official servers? Since at the link to the patcher they strongly recommend not to use a modified client for official servers.

Is there any way for Blizzard to discover modified clients? I know that they can ban you if you use model edits for stuff like to make the Netherwing eggs bigger, but they wouldn't bother you if you just used simple model edits, or spellswaps. However considering that now I have to patch my client, I'm not so sure if this is safe anymore.

Yes, all of them work on official servers.
And yes, they COULD detect them but like you said they don't care THAT much about spellswaps..but that doesn't mean that you can't be banned. You are never safe when you modelchange, but you shouldn't be that scared. It's your choice
