Howdy - Was trying to find this modeledit here but couldn't find an updated one so I decided to make it myself.

Gnome Female -> Undead Female (Reported as broken link)
Gnome Female -> Undead Female - 2Shared (Click next to 'Save file to your PC' in the bottom right)
Gnome Female -> Undead Female - Filebeam (Password is: mmowned)
Gnome Female -> Undead Female - Rapidshare (Requires Rapidshare account, I think)

Gnome Female -> Night Elf Female (Model is slightly bigger than the normal NeF model, nothing disturbing tho)

Looked pretty flawless to me, though I'm not sure what it does with different hairstyles.

FYI: Download the .rar file, put the FOLDER (patch-Z.MPQ) in your World of Warcraft/Data folder.

Been trying to do GnM->TaM but the TaM doesn't seem to have any hair files in it so it has untextured white parts on the back and tail.
