Heya.

This is a Human Male to Male Goblin (cata model) Model Edit

things you must know.

you must visit a barbers in game and set the following options, for this model edit to work.

Facial Hair = Wizard
Hair Style = Bald (has goblin topknot, it's not bald)
Hair Colour = Anything you want

other then thoes settings, there are no other issues, it's perfect, i've not tested it on DK's, but for any other class should be fine.
