Well, it's a weird email. The link leads to the legit battle.net site, but they don't send out emails like these, and the link is US (Considering you're EU).
The link is broken though, and the grammar isn't that good.

It's strange, it looks like a scam, a bad one. But the URL is an actual battle.net URL. See how that goes.

It's very weird. I'm guessing he copy pasted the email, and the editor automatically made the URL a link out from the text, and that the link was actually a different and hidden link in the email.

OR it could be an attachment you downloaded (keylogger), or some other malicious program. (Run a virus scan to be sure)
OR it could be the scammer forgetting about something (lol)

Fraud link is the most likely option imo. Doing this in HTML is something almost anyone can succeed at

which will display Battle.net but take you to http://www.enterurinfoandiscamuhehel.../giefinfo.php/
instead. Looking at the browser status bar often reveals this type of scam, but there are exceptions.

Always look on what site you are before entering any personal information!
