Doesnt Work for Mechanostrider i renamed it to patch-5.MPQ and i get WoW Error every time i start it up please fix it ?

Sad story:

I wanted to try out these model edits so i downloaded the ram one without changing the name to patch-# coz im new at this.. It didnt work... downloaded talbuk... didnt work... downloaded human horse one.. (yes i have pvp tiger, pvp ram, and Swift White Steed human horse) didnt work.. So when i figured out what to do i changed ALL the names of the downloads to patch-# (2- without concerning any more. When i tried to enter WoW: Fail - exit - "What!?" - Then i tried to delete one of the patches. Still couldnt enter WoW. Tried to delete one more, and one more! and one more! (had a westwood area change too).

The Sad Thing: I still couldnt get inside WoW and i found out that i shouldnt have deleted patch-2.mpq - Can someone help me getting it back please?

Edit: Every time I download one of the links, I put it in my WoW Data folder and rename it "patch-#.MPQ", and when I try to open WoW I get a critical error or whatever. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but please help me.

i love your specral sabre edit but i have one problem. i'm using the alterac valley wolf. could you make a mpq for this one, too ? or for the pvp wolf but without any
race --> noggenfogger edits. it would be really great

The ram doesnt work for me i have [Stormpike Battle Charger] and [Swift Gray Ram]
Both not working for me, when i download the ram.MPQ i changed it to patch-6 when i start Wow i get a error.

this screwed up consortium chars >< nice though, funny its not the same as the 'updated' spectral tiger though, guess u made on ptr.
