i see nothing wrong with the mpq, do you have it as the "last" mpq to be loaded? try naming it patch-z, then the creaturedisplayinfo from this mpq will be used instead of any other custom creaturedisplayinfo

yeh, it does that since they are both using CreatureDisplayInfo, if you are using the undead horse you can use This mpq that i posted some pages ago, changes UD female > nogg and UD horse > spectral tiger

i am using the skin that was on PTR about 2 months ago, before the mount came to live servers so i'm sure it can have changed between ptr and live... nothing that bothers me, but if anyone wants to use the correct texture it shouldnt be too hard to figure out how to swap it

that is the blps from the epic version, this non-epic tiger m2.. but if anyone wants to try that, just open up CreatureDisplayInfo.dbc and change field6 from SpectralRidingTigreSaddle to SpectralRidingTigerArmored

It's actually both... IDK how you came to the conclusion that the saddle was the only texture, but they are the same. Enjoy.

Is it possible to write up a guide on how you did this so that us noobie model editors could do our own? If this is not possible i am looking for a mount conversion unrelated to the spectral tiger. Does anyone know if flying mounts can have there models changed?
