Obviously you rename the mpq you want to use to patch-#.MPQ
You can only use one of them at a time.

If you want all the swaps you need to use the first file in the post, if you only want one of them use the ones in the .rar at the end of it, but if you do it that way you can only use one of them.

so sad I can't use any macro with this model edit any of them I got a grey icone on my ability ....

My macros still work fine, as you will be able to see in the youtube video I'm about to post. Almost every attack I use is a macro to

#showtooltip attack
/startattack
/cast attact

and they all still show the proper abilities on my action bars and still function.
