Works if you rename it to SoundCache-3.mpq and put it in
C:\World of Warcraft\Data\Cache

im put SoundCache-3.mpq in C:\World of Warcraft\Data\Cache and not work , put in C:\World of Warcraft\Cache\WDB\enGB and not working

Try putting SoundCache-3.mpq into Data\Cache
and put another copy of it in Data named Patch-M.mpq and see if that fixes it, just as an experiment
