Just one quick question, can you collect the egg with the mod enabled? I can see the model of Murmur where the egg is supposed to be, but can't find where to click in order to pick it up. So I'm just wondering if I need to disable the mod before I can collect them.

you Can pick up eggs, however it can be a bit tricky, they are located at murmurs foot in the middle

Edit: No it doesnt work.

If you had this in your WoW folder DON'T try to farm eggs! You'll get a wow error everytime you come near an egg.

may be an addon conflict, i'm having no trouble farming,
