[Release] Totaly High Elfs!

Well i fixed the guards, and left some red textures.
Belf's are totaly High Elf's (Except npc have green eyes, but guards have cyan)
Screens and info are here.

Requires MEF.

Blood Elves are different than high elves. Read up on your lore. Blood elves have green eyes and high elves have blue eyes.

People would truly look at them as high elves if we were able to make them sound like the high elves in Dalaran. Otherwise you did well.

Not working for me either.
MEF doesn't even run the game when I try to use it.
And in normal way, game crashes when I hit .exe (as expected).
Not working on 3.1.x patches?
