I'm sorry I haven't read all the posts, perhaps there's been posts about it but..
I'm getting many bugged models by using Nightelf Female --> Scourge Male or Female
For example I dont see the Siege Engines on Flame Levi, I see all the bosses as small Rubick Cubes. I dont know perhaps the problem is by me but only happening when I use your model edits.
Else really You've made the best skins, pretty perfect.

Hmm, WoWME does not start and I get the error message

After checking my version I realized I have 3.1.1 9835, is there a fix or something?
