That would essentially be a female blood elf (animation wise), although there are some tweaks (the horns, the *ahem* bust, etc.) The armor can't be removed persay because it's just part of the model, it would be like removing the skin. There's a possibility that someone would modify a female bloodelf to have Alexstrasza's proportions, and thus have armor show up, but the chances seem slim.
