I remember an edit like this a long time ago, and I remember using it. It got outdated eventually, and I remember how popular it was, so I decided to do the same thing and make swaps for all races to Sylvanas. Enjoy

Regarding the invisible mounts thing, you may need to recreate the edits using the latest creaturedisplayinfo.dbc, which is probably in ENGB-3 or w/e it is.

Absolutely loving this. Seems to be working perfectly on a human female (rogue), so far haven't encountered any animations or skills not displaying properly. Thanks! <3
Any chance of getting a same kinda "all races" swap for Alexstrasza the Life-Binder in her humanoid form?

Edit: It seems that this model edit for human females does something more than just swaps the model, it removes the legs off the Pustulent Horrors standing on Ironwall Dam between Crystalsong Forest & Icecrown! :O


Edit2: The ghosts at Lady Deathwhisper seem to be appearing as those small blue-and-white-checkerboard boxes, didn't manage to take a screenshot of them tho
