I have managed it, that the Falcon on is back now look MUCH better:

All we need now is to get someone to model a Blue Falcon and we can go racing 'round the Shimmering Flats!

He only has one shoulderpad though ._.

The model for Herod's Shoulder - Item - World of Warcraft has only one shoulder pad. Maybe you could modify that?

A simple edit of itemdisplayinfo.dbc will fix that.
