Don't Flame Me, this is my first model edit that i have released i hope you enjoy it. I did this on a 2.0.12 Private Server and it has been tested on the Live server and works according to my guild .

finnally they have added illidan, normally blizz puts there stuff in about 7 patches early, they were slow with ilidan

you put it into the data folder in your wow directory, then get the most up to date model changer.exe and run wow from that
