well the point wasnt to make a completely new skin... but the bear itself is now brown instead of the "featureless" black in the standard model... and the head protection is removed... as are the feathers behind... the flames are also greenish instead of red, to match the green skin on the armor... i should also point out that the armor on the mount is normaly red... and i changed it to green so it would match my druid... but that's a minor detail...

anyway.. i didnt like the "bycicle helmet" the mount had.. and the bear color was also too dark.. so those are mainly the visual changes

Um, isn't this just the skin of the bears before the bear boss? :/

Yeah, Painkiller's right, you just changed the model on the mount to the bears in the instance. It looks nice, however.

If I'm not mistaken, and chances are... I am..

h~~p://upload.wowhead.com/images/screenshots/60928.jpg (Only have one post atm D: )

That is both the mount, and the ones you fight.
So, the head protector was removed, the fur color changed to brown... and... the glowie things were made green.

    ~Edit~
    Fixed a typo

Might not want to pull things off as your own when they're so obviously in the game from the start...

Might not want to post accusations without checking your material first.

The bears you fight in ZA, both mounted & unmounted are the same model as the bear mount. Headgear & all.

This IS an original edit & I think you've done a great job, friend ^^ I never liked the skulls dangling from the helmet.

well.. they are very similar, but as both i and lamarjones pointed out, there are some little tweaks that make the mount a lot more appealing to the eye, at least for me (the goal was to have it with a look that didnt clash so hard on my druid's gear, not to do a completely new mount).. i never claimed to do the whole thing, i claimed to have done the changes myself.. which i did...

anyway... thanks for all your replies... there're still some tweaks to do and with beach calling.. i havent been around much.. but i'll post a more indepth change comparison when i'm done with it
