I have done some more work on this:

i added the ball at the end of the handel+some other stuffand deleted the turbo smoth

All RIght but the round iron thing's is too round I make front scheme of axe :P

As far as I know about it wow never had their own smotherer for models, and if they do, then it wouldn't be for custom models. And I think you'd have model the spiral because let's say it like this, the custom models that you are importing into wow only get the following attributes from wow:

-lightning effects
-Contrast
-Size(?)

the rest is dependable on the model on how it looks, how big it's gonna be etc. About the size Im not very sure. I've seen couple of times that one of my models were bigger on a tauren but the same "original" size applied to a gnome for example. You need to experiment it out with that.

howe many pollys can the weapon be if its work without lag?

PS:souleater can you import it to wow when its done?

A weapon doesnt lagg, its that the MPQ you make get a larger size thats all so loading wow would be slow. And you can import it to wow yea if its done and converted correctly.
