I did't understand that, AT ALL.

I've been using the regular MEfix with the empty scan-files and it have worked great ever since Demonkunga uploaded them.

ive tried using the 2 blank .dll's and the MEF3, i can load up wow but it doesnt load my race changes anymore..i know for a fact that all my mpq's are in the data folder, any help please?

edit: what i mean by it wont load my race changes anymore is that they aren't working when i get to the character select screen.

Subsequentely, if you have a firewall that also controls program/file behavior, you can block the file scan.dll from launching/interacting with wow itself and/or internet.

I had a pop-up from comodo saying that scan dll tried to hook with Wow.exe, and unbeknownst to me at that time I just blocked it, not knowing what it was. I did not get any messages etc and everything seems to be working without flaw or errors (like race changes etc).

Though one thing comes to mind: did they add this scan.dll to warn us that warden might detect /or will be changed? As it stands now all I can see is that scan.dll just checks for said program and prevents wow from continueing, but Im not sure if they changed detecting methods for model/mpq changing/loading.

In all honesty, I have not run into any problems since this was introduced after I blocked it, and only when I saw this sticky it came through a bit

Me too, i hit f8 and i go in game, and still nothing's what it's supposed to be (as edited),
i tried using weh, but that gives me the game version error.

Get the updated WoWME and there is no nerf.
