You can use any 3d modelling program (Milkshape, 3DS Max, Blender, etc.), and you can google for tutorials. You can find 3dstom2 in the Programs subforum, or just search for "3dstom2". Also, there's a lot of guides in the Guides subforum, so I suggest you take a look there.
