The person on page 2 said to not close the program/black window. Whenever I double click the program, the black window opens up or a split second and then closes again.

It's been answered over 5 times >.>.

Does the program open WoW then close? or does WoW not open at all?

If WoW Opens then the program is failing to write to WoW's Memory. Close programs you have running that might affect this.

If WoW doesn't open it is failing to Create the Process. Same as above and also check you have admin privs.

This program has worked fine for me countless times in the past but now avg is being a tard and denying the access to it... how do I DISABLE without UNINSTALING avg

Process Guard seems to be the problem for a lot of people.
Zone Alarm may also affect it.
Norton Anti-Virus is kind of anal so that might too (LOL NORTON)
