Add a mount point to your edit so the player actually could sit on the mount, also replace the pig's blp with the tiger's blp.

Swap the texture pl0x. and if mount, add mount point.

you could make a 32x32 paint img, spray the entire thing, throw it on that pig... and it would look better.
