Fake Paypal?

Suppose I don't want to use my real paypal when I sell wow accounts, so I use one with a fake name address, etc.

Is this considered fraud?

Should I be worried?

Is it better to use a fake paypal when selling scammed accounts? (I'm not so worried about gold, because lets face it, you cant tell one piece of gold from another.)

just use a Canadian paypal with a proxy and you should be fine, yes it is fraud and no you can't get into serious trouble unless you steal more than $5k.
