Shwoop. Don't know why and how, but this seems to of got fixed in 2.4.1, but since i kind of.. 'quit' wow i didn't notice it. Anyway, updated and will continue to do so for furture patches.

This DBC edit adds an effect to the rogue talent Relentless Strikes.

If people have seen bonescythe armor in action they would of noticed a Will of the Forsaken like effect used when energy is gained from the 4 set peice bonus.

As a result of the changes made to "Will of the Forsaken" the head rush effect does not have the ground animation in 2.4. Thus we wouldn't really be able to get this working again
