Hi man sry but metamapEXP.lua is missing in ur links THefreak, and i can't download the flunkyheads metamapEXP.lua :X we can't import user files without this file.

It is in there. I just checked the .rar file and the zip file. Both contain everything that is listed including the MetaMapEXP.lua

That file is located in the MetaMapEXP folder.

Ah ok thx ^^ but there is still a problem x'(

Do i make something wrong ? --> Database -->Export user files ( Metamap notes) -->Load import module --> Import (User files Metamap notes) and he says "Imported 0 notes from metaNotes from a total of 546 with 546 duplicates not imported"

But when a click on export user files he says i have "Exported 546 uniques MetaMapNote entries to savedVariables\MetamapEXP.lua"

Have you a solution plz?

Right now I'm working on another addon which will work a lot better and the notes can be bound to a key.

This is how I installed it

Downloaded MetaMap + Contents
Put all folders in my Addons Folder
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns
Put the two .LUA and .LUA.BAK files in my
C:\Programme\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\"Accountname"\SavedVariables

Load up World of Warcraft
Log in to your character selection screen
Click Addons
Click Load Out of Date Addons
Made sure that the following had check marks
MetaMap
MetaMapNBK
Clicked ok
Selected my character
Moved my mouse over the new MetaMap Icon located on your Minimap
Clicked on Note Book

It was there.

I've tried a totally clean install from your file, and it does not work. I can not get the metamapexp file downloaded either, nor can I find it in your file.

Thanx very much. Don't have a horde toon (yet) but when I do this will come in handy. I really like the idea of an ingame guide. The pdf versions are a bit hard to follow imo.
