i still want a confirmation to if u need a certain JC lvl to loot it. i dont think you do because my engineering blows and i still get engineering plans that are 375. still though, could anyone confirm?

Confirmed, i killed 2 mobs and it dropped. Now trying to sell for 550g, and seems like 1 other ppl have noticed this out of our server, becouse i found 1 recipe from AH with 600 BO.

Got one second kill, sent it to bank alt, then farmed for 2 hours and didn't get any more.
