3000 Gold in just one day

farmed for an hour and got 66 motes, i found it was about a mote a minute and that was with another occasional farmer. I did it on my normal epic mount, so it would be alot faster if it was on an epic flying. primal airs sell for about 35g on my server, so its about 200g an hour on my server, which aint too shabby, however it is very VERY VERY boring work... but good job +rep

EDIT: tried again later on and got about 80 in 45min, that was when nobody else was farming them, it was about 2 am server time... which is good because that is about 7pm for me

i love this cuz i just lvled up my engineering to 363 but now all the primal airs are 20g and below -_- cant u farm motes of mana in netherstorm with this aswell?

QFT, my server as low as 16g.... GG to everyone going eng LOL., and yes "Vortex Clouds" ( i think thats what the name is ) are in Netherstorm.

My statistics: 83 motes of air per hour with regular 100% land mount.
= 8 Primals an hour
4 hours a day = 32 primals a day
for 3 weeks = 672 primals

Sold at 22g each = 14784g


Haven't sold them all, but I still got my epic flying mount money and still have 274 primals to go.




All in all, thanks alot. Cause this method requires absolutely NO gear at all.

BTW just incase your wondering, I had 12 gold to start out with, I got all the mats from friends to make my items and then paid them back. It costed me 243g to make these items and i made so far 8756g.

would it be worth it to drop enchanting for engineering and level it up to make this kind of money?

btw, i only have a normal flying mount so the g/phr could significantly decrease.

great way of farming been using it for 2 days now, made lots of gold out of it

i used Ultra-Spectropic Detection Goggles instead of the epic googles too, to save up some gold, and i also used my normal 100% mount since i dont have the epic flying. works great anyways +Rep if i could :P

Actually it's not even worth doing it on my server anymore. I only have a 100% land mount and a 60% flying mount. Way too many people are doing it and I rather just farm primals on the plateau.

Quite cool indeed, however Ive been using this during the start of 2.1 so it's not really a miracle. But now that it's buffed it's even better.
