Fast killing 30-40 rogue

im talking about this ability Thottbot World of Warcraft: Hemorrhage
Hemorrhage (Rank 1) is a spamable ability that dose wep damage (about 70 on my 33 rogue) and you can do 4 befor your energy gets low and it crits 130 about so this is a good ability for fast kills but not in pvp

btw.. combat spec > hemo spec for fast leveling..

ROFL!!! This is just common knowledge! And combat is better for lvling. And the only build that would include hemo when lvling would be a pvp one...

I know I'm repeating what everyone else has said but combat IS better for levelling, hemmorhage is okay but the pros of Combat greatly outweight the pros of Sub.
