I'm assuming the answer is yes, but this does allow you to circumvent needing faction for a Ram if you are not a dwarf on the alliance side as well, correct?

Gapo, I assume 53 is going to be enough. The most difficult quest for Brewfest requires you to walk into BRD (This quest yields NO tickets, but gives you a neat little cup filled with alcohol of rare quality). My assumption is, when you turn in the voucher, you get access to buying the Rams, but ofc you won't be able to ride the 100% speed mount until 60

if the 60 mount is 100% speed, im starting this NOW, cause i want my new mount immediatly when i hit 60, and the pally quest takes a buttload of time and cash, so this is cheeper.

Yes, you can buy both mounts with the stamp... all you have to do is turn in the stamp in order to get access to buying these 2 mounts...

The 60 mount is the same as any other 90g mount. You wont' be saving any extra money by just getting the 60 mount as it requires the 150 riding training as well. In fact, you're paying 10g more to have this as there is no "Brewfest" reputation.

so do the dailys count as your 10 dailys per day? can i do orgri'la quests and skettis quests, then do the brewfest dailys?

Unfortunately it will count as a daily, sadly. You'll have to pass up doing some of the ogri'la and skettis quests.

He hides out in the back between the yellow barrels. You have to really look for him, when you talk to him you get the reward.

Wait, so if the elekk quest is worth 40 tickets and Hordes can't do it, that makes us have to wait like a lot longer days to get enough tickets to get the mount. Grrr.

Horde actually CAN do this quest... there's an issue however for some characters not being able to accept this quest...

One player reported that toons over 1 year old can't access the quest, while toons created at a newer time (6months or earlier) can take the quest...

I can actually take the quest on my low-mid Tauren warrior and my high Blood Elf Paladin...

This is hopefully a bug that Blizz will fix very soon... other players are having a lot or problems too.
