[Guide] Prepare for WotLK

Hello everyone ! :wave:

Here is my guide about how to prepare for Wrath of the Lich King

Please don't flame :yuck:

1. DAILYES
Do your daily quests every day
You get an average 200 golds from doing the shattered sun offensive quests in outland and on the isle and it takes about 1 hour totally.
(about 1 month till wotlk? 30x200g = 6000 gold )

You will need gold for:
Leveling professions in WotLK
Getting craftable blues/epics in WotLK

2. LEVELING
Be faster than others in levelling
Obtain 25 quests and do them BUT DO NOT turn them in
Do this 2-3 days before wrath hits and you will get around 375k-400k XP when you turn the quests in!

3. PROFESSIONS
Level up your professions, use a guide for fast leveling!

Maxing out a profession is really worthy !

You will be able to get some decent starting set for yourself by crafting some blues / epics with your professions.

Enchanting , Alchemy and Incription will be very good money-maker professions since every ppl will need glyphs / enchants for their characters.

4. PVP
Honor and Arena

Honor points will not reset when WotLK hits.
New honor items will be added in patch 3.0.2 you will have a choice to either get those or save your honor up for LVL 80 WotLK PVP items.
(There is a chance that they reverted the change about new honor items in 3.0.2)

At the end of Season 4 (Oct.14.) arena teams will reset to 1500 Personal & Team rating, however your arena points won't be resetted (yet). And you will still be able to earn points and get items (s3/s4 Weapons & Shoulders).

BUT! when WotLK comes out all arena teams & points will be totally deleted. And arena NPC's will disabled meaning that you won't be able to play arena (only Skirmish / Practice ).

You should buy some cool s4 stuff from your points before they will be deleted.

Heard the, get 25 quests thing doesn't work. (How are you going to do dailies then?).

Well then at Nov 12. Do dailies, after you done that do the 25 quests , waaaiiiitt till Nov 13. Install WotLK , turn in quests

= profit.

The Oshu'gun stuff has been posted in many a glitch thread ("71 in TBC???") and such. As for the money and professions - common sense.

You should have mentionned stuff like dailies aren't giving as much gold in WotLK (or so I've heard), and to farm honor, and spend your arena points (arena points are being reset, honor is not).

Saving end-of-chain quests for WotLK is even better, they grant shitloads more exp than dailies.
